I'm back... anyone missed me?? hahahhaa.. one whole week of activities really made me so so so so so so so so so tired.. made me lose the urge to blog.. getting lazier and lazier.. nvr mind, i will give a brief description of wat i did in the past 1 week...

Sunday (8th Aug)

Met Shun's friends.. Shun drove us to the army market to get all his stuffs for his field camp... Then we went Sim Lim to check up prices for the reuter and we headed off to Marina Bay for dinner at Breekz.. Food was delicious... yummy yummy.. but the human flow was terrible.. so many ppl.. it's the first time that i got to see so many people in Marina Bay.. most of the ppl went to watch the fireworks display.. sad to say, i didn't watch any of them.. so sad.. Shun and I really can't accomodate the fireworks timing man.. such a pity.. shall wait till nxt year ba.. With so many ppl turning up for the fireworks display, i'm sure that there will be another fireworks festival nxt year.. hahaha...
We finished dinner ard 10++ then yikai they all suggested going Geylang for soyabean drinks and "tou huay".. wah lau, i'm so full already yet they still wanna go and eat.. ok lor, i went with them.. we drove to Geylang and it's definately a hard time to get a parking lot.. only at that momnet that i realised that having a car does not really means getting to places faster and easier... hee hee~~ u will get caught in traffic jams, esp during weekend in town.. u can't find the best parking lot that u can park ur vehicle and all these waiting and searching were time tt u waste.. hiaz.. but i still prefer to travel ard in cars.. hahaha... cos i just hav to sit and wait.. i dun hav to drive anyway.. hahahaha..... ok, went to this store in geylang for soyabean drinks and "tou huay", erhmm... i forgot the store's name... but i knew that it's a popular store cos they were on TV b4.. there's so many ppl there and finding seats were difficult.. oh yah, we saw a "Zhen Pin Hui look-alike" there.. but it's quite obvious tt the man was not him.. hahhaha... the real Zhen Pin Hui looked a million times nicer than tt guy... hahahaha..

Monday (9th Aug)

Din do much tt day... went Causeway Point to get a white long sleeve shirt and some camps stuffs.. went home after tt.. then i slept all the way till 8++.. i missed the whole NDP parade... anyway, NDP parade was the same every year.. nothing much to anticipate.. watching at home was just damn boring... i wan to get the NDP parade tickets.. i wanna watch it "LIVE"... oh god, pray that i can get the tickets next year..

Tuesday (10th Aug)

Woke up early to go for VIVACE. (Sort of a CCA fair at SMU) I was too early so i waited for Heidi at the bus stop b4 proceeding for that fair.. we were asked to go ard the CCA booths and get stamps for our card.. we hav to complete the card b4 we get to collect our goodie bag.. it's just plain boring.. i signed up for a couple of CCAs and off i go to collect my goodie bag.. There's a red "I LOVE SMU" haversack, water bottle, towel, mineral water, sleeping bag and the list goes on and on... After which we had lunch at Food Haven and everybody left for home except for Joshua and me.. Poor us.. Joshua got to stay till 4pm to discuss abt his exemptions with his prof while i had to wait for 4.30pm for the tuning in session conducted by SMU Symphonia.. SMU Symphonia is just like SMU band.. just tt they sound nicer.. hahahaha.. maybe i will join SMU Symphonia.. i'm not very sure yet.. waited till 4 to meet Sihui and her friends and we went 2gether for the tuning in session.. oh, Sihui is one of my SP band senoirs so if she decides to join, i will join too.. hahahaha.. at least there's ppl tt i know... hahaha... ok, not many freshmen turned up for the session.. most prob too tired to go cos we having camp the next day.. the ppl were alright.. quite nice.. however, the problem lies with the conductor.. heard tt he wasn't that friendly.. tend to discriminate and gave sarcastic remarks.. therefore, i shall attend one more session to observe b4 i decide to join a not.. I really hope to join something tt i liked.. i dun wanna join some CCA and feel pressurised whenever i went for the session.. i wanna enjoy myself and gain satisfaction from my CCA... tt's wat CCAs are for rite? hee hee~~ oh yah, i saw Shirley at the SMU Symphonia tuning-in session too.. She is one of my senoirs in YTSS as well as in SP band.. actually we are like fated to see each other.. i could still remembered tt she was in sec 4 when i was in YTSS band and when i was year 1 in SP band, she had already graduated from SP.. then i saw her again in SMU.. hahaha...

Wednesday - Friday (11th-13th Aug)

I had my orientation camp at the SMU Bukit Timah campus.. nth much to write ah.. the camp was a bit boring.. all we do on the first day was team bonding games... and we had to wait and wait for the nxt activities... but i made friends though.. hav fun with them.. esp with "big brother" - Joshua... hahhahaa... he realli brighten up our days.. hahahhahaa...

Shun fetch me home on friday.. hee hee~~ received a top from Shun's parents.. they just came back from their Hong Kong trip and so they got me a top and a bracelet... happi happi... hahahhaa...

Saturday (14th Aug)

had convocation tt day at Suntec city... wasn't feeling very well tt day so i dun looked nice on photos... so sad.. some pics for u to see...
